By using the Service or joining our waitlist, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.

Information you provide to us
Account and profile information such as your name, username, and phone number.
Waitlist information such as your first name and mobile phone number when you sign up to be notified about SANDBAGR.
Content you create in the app, such as group names, the people you play with, scores you record, and the descriptions of side games or wagers you and your friends set up.

Information we collect automatically
Device and technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, unique device identifiers, and crash or diagnostic data.
Usage information such as the features you use, actions you take in the app, and the dates and times of your activity.

When you download or test the app, Apple provides us with limited information through the App Store and TestFlight (for example, install and crash data).
2. How We Use Information
To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including creating your account and enabling its social and record-keeping features.
To record and display the scores, groups, and friendly wagers you and the people you play with choose to track.
To send you transactional messages (such as confirmations and account notices) and, where you have given consent, marketing or promotional text messages about SANDBAGR.
To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
To monitor, analyze, and improve the Service, and to develop new features.
To protect the security and integrity of the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Text Messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile phone number and give consent, we and our messaging provider may send you recurring automated promotional and informational text messages about SANDBAGR. Consent to receive these texts is not a condition of using the Service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
With service providers who help us operate the Service, such as cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics providers, and our text-messaging provider. These providers may access information only to perform services for us and are required to protect it.
With other users you choose to interact with. For example, your name and the scores, groups, and wagers you create are visible to the people in your groups, because that is how the Service works.
For legal and safety reasons, when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our Terms, protect the rights, property, or safety of SANDBAGR, our users, or others, or to investigate fraud or abuse.
In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

The Service relies on third-party platforms, including Apple (App Store and TestFlight), Google and Firebase (app infrastructure and analytics), and our SMS provider (for text messaging). These companies process information under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your information as described below.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information (note: we do not sell personal information).
